Account Setup Instructions

Please use the email address found in the email we sent you. This part has three sections.


Google Ads:
How to grant access

  1. Sign in to your Google Ads account. https://ads.google.com/
  2. In the upper right corner of your account, click the tools icon, then under “Setup,” click Access and security.
  3. Click the blue plus button.
  4. Enter the email address we provided in our welcome email.
  5. Select an access level for your invitee
  6. Click Send invitation.

Google Analytics: How to grant access

  1. Sign in to Google Analytics. https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics/
  2. Click Admin
  3. From that first column, using the drop down, make sure you under the desired account
  4. In that first column, click Access Management.
  5. In the Account permissions list, click the blue plus button on the top right, then click Add users.
  6. Enter the email address we provided in our welcome email.
  7. Select the permissions: Editing access at the ‘Account’ Level.
  8. Click Add.

Merchant Center: How to grant access

  1. Sign in to your Merchant Center account. https://merchants.google.com
  2. Click the tools icon on the top right, then select Account access under the “Settings” menu.
  3. Click the plus button plus.
  4. Enter the email address we provided in our welcome email.
  5. Click Add user.
  6. On the next page, please select the Admin box.
  7. Click Save.


Microsoft Advertising Ads:
How to grant access

**If you do not have a Bing account, we can create one for you. If you’d like to create one on your own, please use this link: Create an Account

  1. Go to the Microsoft Advertising sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email address in the box, and then select Next.
  3. You will be prompted to enter your password in a new page.
  4. Once you are logged in, from the top right, select Tools and from the global menu choose Account access.
  5. Click User Management from the main menu.
  6. Click Invite user from the User Management page.
  7. Enter information about the new user
    1. First Name: Sales
    2. Last name: Orders
    3. Email – please enter the email address we provided in our welcome email.
    4. Language – Choose Target Country
    5. Account Role – Choose Standard
  8. Click Send.

Instructions to Create a New Microsoft Account

**Please note we can create the new account for you. Once completed, you will receive access and that account is yours to keep.

  1. Please use this link to guide you on creating a Microsoft Account, https://help.ads.microsoft.com/apex/index/3/en/53090
  2. Once you get to the point where they request you to create a campaign, please follow image guides to by pass that request.
  3. Please fill out details and click save/submit
  4. This will allow you to get pass their campaign creation. Once you are in your new account please follow the isntructions for add us as user.

Business Facebook:
How to grant access

Different from adding a Partner or agency, these instructions are to add individual people to your business.

  1. Go to the Business sign-in page for Facebook.
  2. Go to Business Settings.
  3. Click People.
  4. Click + Add.
  5. Enter the email address we provided in our welcome email and please select admin permissions.
  6. Then click Add People.

Average Sales Margin

This is the average margin you have on your products after factoring your cost of goods sold (COGS), you can also pad it with other costs like shipping and handling if you like.

  • Example: (Sale price – Cost)/sale price * 100 = Margin Percent

Unique Product Costs (optional)

This allows our platform to more accurately reflect your profit and loss. Any product that you do not supply an exact cost for will use the default sales margin you provide above.
This option requires an excel file of your products and the cost. We can provide you that file once we have acess.

Policy Requirements

To comply with Google Policy, Google requires your website to display the policy pages listed below. Even if you have a previously approved account, Google may review your account for compliance from time to time. Please take the time to ensure all website policy pages are up to date, meet Google’s current requirements and this will minimize risk of triggering suspension warnings or suspension.

It is recommended to add the below pages to your footer as individual pages. Each page should be easily accessible and easy for a user to locate. The pages below should not be nestled inside of other pages. Policy pages required are as follows:
Please note: once added, the pages below should remain on your website. Removal or omission of any of the pages below, at any time, will lead to immediate account suspension by Google.

  • Billing Terms & Conditions: Your site must provide clear and easily discoverable billing terms and conditions.
  • Privacy Policy: Your site must provide clear and easily discoverable privacy terms.
    (if located in EEA or the UK, you must comply and disclose General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Policies. (requirements outlined here: https://www.google.com/about/company/user-consent-policy-help/)
  • Return Policy: Your site must provide a clear and easily discoverable return policy to users.
  • Shipping Policy: Your site must provide clear and easily discoverable shipping terms.
  • Contact Page : Minimum of 1 contact method required on website. Can be located in footer, a dedicated contact us page, or a link to business profile on social media

    Verify Business Phone

    Google recently made a change to their Merchant Center compliance policy and now require you add and verify your business phone number. Failure to comply can potentially trigger an account suspension, therefore, we recommend verifying your phone number to avoid disruption To verify your number, please log into your Google Merchant Center account and follow the outlined steps below. Please take the opportunity to ensure your business address is current and accurate while visiting this page.
