Do I need to have an existing merchant center account for Google or Bing?

To use our app, existing users can simply enter their email in the wizard and the app will connect to their account. For new users, entering their email will prompt the app to create a new merchant center with their provided information.

Does my site need to be live to utilize your app?

Your domain must be live to connect to our app. This is required by Google and/or Microsoft to verify the URL on your site.

How do I know what plan to choose?

To use our feed services, we offer different plans based on the number of products or feed channels you require. You can begin with the basic plan and upgrade as needed to accommodate additional products. If you're interested in utilizing our app for campaign management, you'll need an Ad channel plan as well. Our $25/month plan is a great starting point for those with up to $1k/month in ad spend.

What if I have an existing feed in my merchant center?

When updating your product feed in Merchant Center, it's important to note that the new feed may have different product IDs than the existing one. To avoid conflicts and potential issues down the road, it's crucial to remove the old feed once you've connected and sent the new one. This will ensure a smooth transition and accurate product information for your customers.

How long does it take for my feed to be approved?

The Google and Microsoft review period for a new feed is typically 24-72 hours. Users can check the status of their products for Google in the Diagnostics tab within the app.

Can I choose which products I send in the feed?

Yes, users can remove products from the feed within the app or create rules to exclude certain products from being sent.

How often does the feed send?

If Auto-send is enabled in the app, changes or new products are automatically imported and sent every 12 hours. Users can also manually update or send the feed at any time.

Can I get a copy of my feed?

The app uses API to send feeds, so there is no physical feed. However, users can export a static CSV of their feed from the app to view the information being sent. Additionally, there is a channel available for the Feed File URL of the feed if needed.

Can I import my existing campaigns to the app?

Users can only manage campaigns created within the app through the app. Existing campaigns must be managed directly through Google Ads or Microsoft.
