While some may choose to allow them to display to see if it brings in additional traffic and sales, you can stop this by following the directions found in this Google help article (also below for your convenience):
- Sign in to your Google Ads account.
- Click the Campaigns tab, then click the Standard Shopping campaign you want to opt out of YouTube and Google Discover.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Under “Networks” click Edit.
- Uncheck the box next to “YouTube and Google Discover on Display Network” to disable ads from this campaign to appear on YouTube and Google Discover.
- Click Save.
